We invest in companies that have just begun penetrating the market or where that is imminent, show prospects for strong earnings growth and in which the founders demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and social competence.
We invest chiefly in the area of life sciences/ health care, investing
between 3 and 5 million euros in the first financing round. If a greater
amount of capital is required for a minority shareholding, we co-invest
with other investors.
Our expertise enables us to limit the substantial risks associated with
high-tech start-ups. We draw on our broad operative experience and on
an extensive network of outside experts to evaluate investment candidates.
Once we have signed an investment contract with our partners, we make
our business acumen entirely available to them - if need be, we can even
take on a management role as CFO.
